We are pleased to report that Beddington's Elliot Chmielinski was one of two runners-up in the Surrey Young Coach of the Year awards ceremony, held at the Oval on 16 September.

 

The award is given to a coach under the age of 24 and highlights the important work carried out by young coaches through recognition of their coaching achievement to date. In Elliot's case the judges highlighted his role at Beddington as assistant colts manager and U12 manager, as well as his work with Surrey CC, Chance to Shine and Cricket 4 Change.

 

Beddington CC would like to place on record our appreciation of all our organisers, coaches and parents who help out with the Colts and various coaching courses held by the club throughout the year.
