Cricket Week 2009 - Monday 13th to Saturday 18th July
For those of you who don't know what Cricket Week is, please read this short summary! Every year in July we have a weeks worth of cricket and entertainment held at the club. Guest teams are invited to play a Beddington XI each day where we enjoy lunch, tea and post match drinks.
As well as these matches on the front pitch, there is also lots of cricket on show on the back pitch in the form of our Colts, Chance to Shine schools, Cricket for Change charity and evening Twenty20 matches.
After the end of the days play we hope to welcome our guest players, club members, friends and family to join us for the evenings entertainment with something different taking place each day.
This is a vital week in our calendar in terms of cricket, our social scene and also in terms of fundraising. Please try to support the week and come and join us even if you can only make one day...there should be something for everyone after all! Please see below for what's happening each day:
